De Rode NTG-2 is een lichtgewicht condensator shotgun microfoon, ontworpen voor professionele applicaties binnen de film, video, televisie en productie industrie.

De NTG-2 heeft een gebalanceerde output en werkt op 48Vphantom voeding of op een 1,5V batterij (AA). Grote bandbreedte, een gecontroleerde richting karakteristiek en ′low noise′ componenten maken de NTG-2 een perfecte, veelzijdige keuze voor video-engineering en voice-over werk.

De NTG-2 is zeer licht van gewicht en is daarom zeer geschikt voor montage op camera′s of boompoles (bijvoorbeeld de Rode Boompole of Mini Boompole).
