The HXR-FMU128 Flash Memory Unit is an optional solid-state memory recorder designed specifically for the HXR-NX5E camcorder. Hybrid recording functionality is possible by being able to record on both the HXR-FMU128 and Memory card at the same time. The unit also offers long recording times of up to 11 hours at the highest HD quality (24Mbps).

The HXR-FMU128 is capable of simultaneous recording of HD and HD video footage, along with the combination of HD and SD, offering instant backup and fast NLE workflow coupled with flexibility of recording in the field.
Simple Direct Attachment

The HXR-FMU128 is designed exclusively for the HXR-NX5E camcorder, and attaches directly to the back of the camera with ease.
Long Recording Time

The memory unit offers approximately 11 hours of continuous HD recording in the highest 24 Mbps mode. This is particularly useful for corporate and event videographers looking at extended recording times.
